Terms of Service

Effective October 9, 2026 · Last updated October 27, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and eStreamerz, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Estreamerz,” “we,” “us”), for using estreamerz.com and our services. By creating an account, joining the waitlist, buying credits or booking a session, you agree to them.

1. What Estreamerz is

Estreamerz is an online marketplace. Players who want to book a gaming session (“Player 1s”) find and book independent players (“Player 2s”), such as streamers, skilled players and people who are fun to play with, for private online gaming sessions. Sessions take place inside the game and over voice on Discord.

Player 2s are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Estreamerz. They set their own games, prices and schedules. Estreamerz provides the platform, booking tools and payments; we don't control how any game plays out.

2. Who can use Estreamerz

3. Your account

You're responsible for what happens on your account and for keeping your profile honest and accurate. To book or be booked, you must connect a Discord account, because sessions happen on Discord voice. Discord's own terms apply to your use of Discord.

The waitlist. You join the waitlist with Discord. Joining saves your spot, links your Discord account, and adds you to the Estreamerz Discord server with a waitlist role. It doesn't give you access to an account: you stay on the waitlist until we invite you in or open accounts. One Discord account can hold one spot. Spots saved with only an email before Discord was required are kept, but they count as confirmed (for your place in line, invite rewards and early access) only once you link Discord. Invite rewards count friends who join with your link and link Discord, and only after you've linked Discord yourself. We may remove fake, duplicate or self-referred spots and any rewards that came from them. Leaving our Discord server doesn't remove your spot.

4. Credits and payments

5. Subscriptions

A Player 1 can subscribe to a Player 2 for a monthly price, paid from credits. The subscription renews every 30 days from credits.

Squad nights. A Player 2 can host a group session for subscribers, a subscriber tier, or everyone. Squad size includes the host. The minimum and maximum number of players include the host, and the host is responsible for choosing a size the game supports. If the minimum isn't reached by the decision time shown, the squad night is cancelled and everyone is refunded in full. Dropping out works like a booking: you ask the host, and if the host approves, you get a full refund, including the booking fee. If the host declines or doesn't answer before it starts, you stay on the list and it isn't refunded. You can leave the waitlist any time. If the host doesn't show, everyone is refunded. Late joiners can join if a spot is open, with no refund. If the host changes the game or the size after you sign up, you can drop out for a full refund any time before it starts, without asking the host. The host can open the Discord room from 10 minutes before the start; if they don't, it opens on its own at the start time. A squad night blocks that time for the host and for everyone going, so it can't overlap another booking or squad night. Squad nights are for players 18 and older. Be respectful, follow the game's rules, and don't harass anyone. A host can remove a disruptive player, and you can report a problem from the squad night. The squad night rules in our Credits & Refunds policy apply.

6. Bookings, changes and cancellations

When you book, you pick the console you'll play on from the ones the Player 2 lists for that game, so both of you know what you're playing on. Play now lets a Player 1 ask every fitting Player 2 who's online to play right away: you pick the game, your console, how long (a number of games or of 20-minute blocks) and the most you'll pay per game or per 20 minutes. The first Player 2 to accept is booked for that length at their own price, which is never more than your max.

Being on stream. Some Player 2s stream while they play. When you book or sign up for a squad night, you choose whether you're okay to be on their stream (your voice can be heard) and whether they can use your name. Both are off unless you tick them, and you can change them any time from your booking. A Player 2 who streams must follow your choice.

Either player can ask to reschedule or cancel a booked session; the other player has to accept. A request that isn't answered expires when the session starts. No-shows, late arrivals and refunds follow our Credits & Refunds policy.

7. Player 2s

If you offer sessions as a Player 2, our Player 2 Terms also apply, including how payouts and fees work.

8. Rules of conduct

Everyone must follow our Community Guidelines. In short, you may not:

9. Your content

You own what you upload (photos, voice intros, songs, bio, reviews and messages). You give Estreamerz a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and share it as needed to run and promote the service, for as long as it's on Estreamerz. Messages are private between you and the other player: we only use them to deliver them, keep the community safe, handle reports and disputes, and meet legal requirements, and never to promote the service. Messages are screened automatically and may be reviewed by our team as described in our Privacy Policy. Only upload content you have the rights to, including music. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

10. Games and trademarks

Game names, logos and artwork belong to their owners. Estreamerz isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any game publisher. You're responsible for following the rules of each game you play.

11. Reports, suspensions and termination

You can report or block any user. We may investigate reports, remove content, hold or reverse payouts, and suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk. You can delete your account at any time from Account → Security. Unused credits are handled as described in our refund policy.

12. Disclaimers

Estreamerz is provided “as is.” We don't guarantee any particular result from a session, such as a rank, win or skill improvement, and we aren't responsible for the conduct of any user, for games, or for third-party services like Discord. Players are responsible for their own interactions.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Estreamerz won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid Estreamerz in the 12 months before the claim.

14. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold Estreamerz harmless from claims arising from your use of the service, your content, or your breaking these terms or the law.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

16. Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we'll tell you by email or on the site before they take effect. Continuing to use Estreamerz after that means you accept the new terms.
